Just some #kinnickboys being Kinnick boys! Last night was our annual Kinnick Fudge making gathering at my moms house. Somehow it turned into this! A FLEX OFF between these 5 awesome boys! From left to right is Isaac, Clayton, Thomas, Carson, & Uriah. I was supposed to take a picture but I thought a video would be much more awesome!! Love those boys! So thankful that my brothers and sister and I are so close and that our kids get along and are able to grow up together. Happy Sunday! The ring wraith... #TLOTR. My 4 year old has been doing this regularly for the last few weeks. It's definitely my favorite haha!! He likes to do this when his brother is getting attention that he wants. He also enjoys saying his ABCs like this. If you can decipher what he is saying its, "fart-ciccle". Rest Less, Squat More. So nice to be squatting heavy again. My entire 8+ years of #CrossFit has been about building up my shoulder to try and catch my squatting strength. Since dealing with patellar tendinitis I have been forced to leave my squat alone for awhile and focus on my shoulders. Now it feels like my shoulders are much stronger than my legs. Funny, ironic, and a bit humbling. But my legs are coming back very quickly and my tendinitis is nearly gone. So stoked to be 100% going into the #californiaregional on May 22nd!
