fuck it. posting the term I coined here. idk if this is already a thing. I don't think it is tho so! here we go!!!

kinpath
• a portmanteau of kin and synpath.
— a self identifier for when you relate to a character (or other thing) so hard it loops back around to identifying as / can also be used for those who have a difficult time telling the difference between the two within themselves.
anyone can use this term in good faith. I will not gatekeep it from anyone for any reason. (but just because somebody uses it, that doesn't mean I will associate positively with everyone who does)
