Btw out of curiosity who's your fave and least fave route in Kintouka ?

this is such a delightful anon thank you my 2 favorite topics... btw i finished chemo earlier this month 💪

my favorite route is shuu who is also my favorite character but ummm not sure if you're asking this from the perspective of someone who played the game or is considering playing so i will keep it not too spoilery but i found his route the most gratifying for both souta and shuu's individual struggles and also for kyou re:watari family trauma. but also obviously as a bl game i just really loved the romance development hyuuuuu (i translated the shuu+kyou booklet with their POV epilogues if you want it)

my least favorite route is mune unforch cuz i do like him but his route pissed me off too much. bunta sensei failed me for once like they had me in the first half but i feel like it devolved too much and the decisions characters were making didn't make sense to me anymore.... idk

also side note that you didn't ask about but i haven't fully abandoned my translation project i actually got like halfway through doing shuu's route and i still pick it up when im bored at work sometimes (and then start squeeing and kyaaing at my desk) but due to aforementioned health issues its just kind of hard lately.....

I hated both Munesada and Kyou from Kintouka cause they treated MC badly during H scenes, I don't like non-con scenes even tho they're fairly popular in JP BL VNs. I dropped both of their routes after their second sex scene for each lol.

Ah yeah, i think it's really hard finding BL games without any non-con routes...

I only finished Kyou last week actually. I was disappointed about the turn his route took, he was my absolute favorite in the common route 💔

Kyou generally was too pushy for my taste and the way he kept insulting Souta was the worst. I feel like Munesada had a better story at least. Kyous backstory was lacking quite a bit...

But for both i think they could have saved it if they reserved some of the scenes for the bad end only... I couldn't believe when I wanted to get the good end (always playing bad end first) that those scenes were part of the good route as well??

Playing Kintouka (BL game by Grisedge) right now. 

I really liked the Shuu (the silver haired guy) route. His philosophy, Mono no Aware, left a deep impression in me as I played the game.
