“I was going to ask if you would mine my company,” Kinzie said, climbing over some stray cargo and placed herself beside Flynn. She turned her head to look at him, taking in his features and gauging his mood. He seemed to want to be alone, but being on a ship never allowed for that. “But then I remembered you dislike most company, so I just decided to grace you with my presence anyway.”

Flynn ended up letting out a snort. Fair. Kinzie was right about most of the people who had made his acquaintance. Still, he shifted in his position so he could look at her. “You’re technically... Well, not wrong,” he stated, his head moving from side to side a couple of times. “Regarding most anyway,” Flynn continued. “But, I never quite minded you,” he mentioned. “So, knock yourself out. Annoying roommates?” he wondered.
