Oh monomon if I want to make a beast but I want to skip the breeding generations bit could I use gene and dna stuff to make it work it....it's for a book...I...I promise!

Obviously, it depends on the creature in question, but if you do possess a sample of DNA, you could work with it and replicate it.

But do tell me, what beast do you intend to create?
