Kira Yukimura came to Mystic Hills for her senior year of high school, after her father accepted a job as a history professor at Mystic Hills University. Her parents never said it out loud, but she’s sure that her father left his very lucrative job at Columbia University to take the job in Mystic Hills because weird things have been happening to Kira. Too weird to ignore. Lights flicker when she’s in the room and a full building brown out coincidentally occurred while she was conducting an experiment in a physics class. She still doesn’t fully understand what’s going on, but she doesn’t know if she can ignore it much longer.

I only did this illustration because I noticed that skiedons don't exist anywhere outside of deviantart and twitter, but it was also a very good practice for shading. This piece took 1 hour and I'm pretty sure 80% of the time was spent on shading alone. I feel proud of it, though.
