Is it funnier if Donnie is very obvious that Kirby is the object of his affection, or if he's juuusssttt ambiguous enough about it that everyone still thinks he's into April.
Because there is the obvious hilarity of Donnie openly lusting for a man these times his age, all the while his brothers, father, and said man's daughter are forced to endure it,
But imagine.
Donnie spending all of his time trying to bond with and impress April, being very clear that Casey is in no way worthy of her, and just generally being his obsessive weirdo self, leaving everyone to conclude that he's into April... and then he turns eighteen and puts the moves on Mr. O'Neil.
