Vexen was practically in shorts and a tank top, to most-- it was probably freezing. Beyond freezing as the city changed temperatures.

But...

Even didn't seemed phased.

At all...

He had hit into something while looking down to his phone quick, looking up-- another person... Figured for the awful place he was in,

"My, my... I am so sorry you haven't the slightest idea on how to move when someone is in the way."

With a huff he crosses his arms looking at him, none of his apology quite... Sincere... But-- well he tried.

"Earth? well... A huge meteor storm that was called the great Inertia happened, causing a massive deposit of manarite deposits to arrive on earth. I'm not good with history but genestellars starting being born since a lot of pregnant woman were effected by it."

Recounting history lesson was a hassle but he understands the need to know. even if he doesn't like doing it. it was simply courtesy for someone who was polite enough to him and who asked.

"Genestellars are just people who are born with massive strength and speed compared to an average person, so ...basically super humans. I think we made up...3 percent of the population."
