so last night i showed my friend (who isnt into star trek) spocks brain and he had some observations

he almost IMMEDIATELY noticed kirks fat ass (im so proud)

he sees how kirk is attractive but isn’t attracted to him (like me with chris pine)

he kept mentioning how angry kirk was that spock was gone

at one point when they were looking for spock, kirk was onscreen and my friend imitated kirk and said “who’s gonna fucking hold my hand now??”

at one point my friend said “oh thanks mr spo- SHIT sorry” BEFORE THE THING WHERE KIRK CALLED SCOTTY SPOCK. and then when that scene happened he LAUGHED his head off

when spock said something like “the hearing of your voice is a pleasurable experience” to kirk, my friend went “OH so theyre GAY gay????? i was just kidding before”

that’s all i remember right now but i’ll add more if i remember any more things he said
