It's Kiki Appreciation Week!!!!

I have so much love for Kiki!! I love how much she's grown as a character. I especially love how much better she's gotten at loving herself. In the beginning impressing guys was so important to her and it negatively affected her body image and it definitely didn't help that Alex said she wasn't good/pretty enough. And you could just tell how unhappy it all made her but since then, I've seen her love herself more and becoming happier. She found Carlos, who treats her right and thinks she's amazing(which she is) and this also had a positive effect on her body image I think. Not to say that all those issues just went away as soon as she got a boyfriend, but I definitely think it helped for her to have someone who genuinely supports her, loves her and doesnt just want her for sex. And I'm so happy for her! I can't exactly remember what season but I'm pretty sure it was season 2 where Kiki starts wearing glasses and she says something like how Carlos doesn't really like them but it doesn't matter cuz shes likes them, and I just remember being so proud that she didnt feel the need to impress guys so much anymore and that whether Carlos liked them or not, she was still gonna wear them cuz what mattered is that she liked them. It's such a small thing but it felt like a big deal. I'm just very happy with how Kiki has grown and I would love to learn more about her someday. Maybe in her own season perhaps???
