okay like not praying and not believing in God are completely different things i think they're doing this on purpose (unless there have been mistakes with translations) like as a muslim i'll admit that i dont do all of my prayers but i still believe in Allah idk what that means for mazzouk but thought that was interesting..
get ready for a 10 minutes (maybe even longer) Druck crack video really soon 😏😏

okay so I was definitely disappointed at first when i found out Mohammed wasn’t religious anymore. but the storyline they gave him to show why he wasn’t religious was a pretty important topic to discuss. sometimes people experience horrible things and it weakens their faith, which is completely valid and understandable. now that amira understands this, their relationship is even stronger.
i feel like with the other sana seasons, the yousefs were just not Muslim and that became the stronger focal point for the sanas. but with druck, they continued to dig deeper which is why this season feels so realistic and magical altogether.
it’s also nice to see a wholesome young Muslim couple in the media. ik it feels sort of tabboo in real life, but they’re showing it in a very “halal” way and I know there remains to be differing opinions on this topic.
