H and I for Fanfic ask game, please.

H: How would you describe your style?

I think it has a tempo to it. I often do things in threes, and I tend to have really short paragraphs and fics. I’m definitely a short-fic writer. My fav is when I write banter, and it’s just lines being shouted from one character to another:

“You know that badge is still stuck on Potter Stinks,” Potter grinned, slinging back another firewhisky, his cheeks darkening in the dim bar lights.

“Yes, well, I still have scars from your little bathroom stunt.”

“At least it isn’t directly on your forehead.”

“Please, as if anyone can see your precious scar under that nest you call hair.”

“I dunno, I think you like my hair, Malfoy.”

I: Do you have a guilty pleasure in fic (reading or writing)?

Reading: I tend to save fics I’m really excited to read for things I dread. I hate flying, so I read @maesterchill ‘s Christmas fic, December never felt so wrong on the plane to see @nifflers-n-nargles , and it made the flight SO MUCH BETTER that I didn’t cry or panic at all. I have @tepre s kinkfest saved for the flight home, and I can almost not WAIT for the flight because of it.

Writing: I LOVE throwing in a dash of Neville into every fic. He has my heart, and doesn’t really get to shine as much as I would like. That’s why I’m running the @growing-neville fest, to encourage more Neville-based fic. There’s already been so much interest in it, and I’m super excited about it!!!

“I want you to wreck me,” Potter moaned, the deep guttural sound sending a lightning bolt of pleasure straight to Draco’s cock. He knew they were drunk, and that Potter wouldn’t be saying this if he wasn’t. The thought barely scraped his mind, however, before his mouth was on Draco.

Draco tilted his head back into the rough brick wall as cherry red lips kissed hungrily against his own. He was having trouble focusing, his head foggy from the copious amounts of liquor he currently had in his system. He knew in the recesses of his mind that he would regret this, that Potter would regret this, pushing him into the exterior of the bar, in front of Diagon Alley, where anyone could walk by, but Draco was having trouble caring about tomorrow.

The only thing he currently cared about was Potters tongue on his neck, and Potters hard cock against his thigh. Tomorrow was future Draco’s problem, and present Draco was going to enjoy this.

With her heels in one hand and her phone in the other, North made her way down the dorm’s hallway, stumbling with every step. Feeling her arm being tugged on by a tall, muscular boy--presumably, the same boy who had been trying to help her since she left the party--North immediately snatched her limb out from his grip. “Fucking hell, how many times do I have to tell you? I don’t need your help.” North snapped, causing the boy to finally give in and leave her alone. She knew the poor boy was just trying to help her, but she didn’t want it. She knew how to take care of herself, and she sure as hell didn’t want some guy thinking he was doing her any favors by being the “gentleman” that takes home the drunk girl. She could find her way back to her dorm room just fine, and then if she needed any kind of help with anything, she knew Logan wouldn’t protest. 

Finding her way to a familiar dorm room door, she let herself in without hesitation. Throwing her heels across the room and sliding her jacket off--and almost falling in the process--North took a quick scan of the room, trying to find something to change into. Instead, she cause the vision of a very confused looking Asher, and boy, he sure was a sight for sore eyes. All of her thoughts throughout the night had centered around him; usually, North could easily handle and ignore the drunken ideas that came along with being around Asher, but this was not one of those nights, which is exactly why she didn’t call him or try and find him. Yet.. she still managed to find her way back to him. “I was um, I meant... I meant to go mine and Logan’s room. I must’ve gotten distracted..” North admitted, feeling the hints of blush already rising on her cheeks.
