Hes a level 13 Poon/Mystic that im also going to shoehorn into my friends cyberpunk red campaign as an exotic. i made a mostly successful attempt at recreating him in unity and porting him into VRChat, but the colors are off, he has no armor and probably a couple other things that id need to take some time to fix.
