KitTy High School / Fey Market AU Chapter 24 is up!

It took four attempts to write it but finally I have finished and uploaded part 24 of Towards The Sun! Warning (read the beginning notes for more details): Johnny Rook and Kit have a really fraught interaction this chapter and It's more blatantly aggressive/threatening than anything we've seen so far. This chapter is long (over 14,000 words) and there are a LOT of conversations going on, so it was a bit difficult to write, but I hope it's a good read! We needed a lot of angst and plot development to enjoy some cute things in the next chapters before things get even crazier. I mention this in the beginning notes too, but if you ever see canon plot references or characters like Jaime and Arthur being referenced in a way that makes sense only within the context of Lady Midnight and Lord of Shadows, just assume that the Blackthorns were going through similar struggles, but their main adversaries were the politicians of the Seelie Court, the Unseelie King, and all of Malcolm's weird and fucked up machinations and plans, and that's the context in which these characters are being brought up. It's similar to canon, but also simpler than canon. Please let me know what you think, and thanks for reading!!
