⭐⭐Chefboyardrew's Cabbage Salmon Celebration⭐⭐ . . . *Ingredients* . . 1. Small Head of Cabbage 2. Two Vidalia Onions 3. One Orange Bell Pepper 4. About 6 Baby Carrots 5. About 9 Cloves Garlic 6. About 8 Tablespoon's Extra Virgin Olive Oil 7. Can of Pink Salmon De-Boned 8. Salmon Fish Juice Mixed With Water. 9. Salt . . . ⭐⭐Instructions ⭐⭐ . . 1. Rinse then Chop Head of Cabbage, Two Vidalia Onions, Orange Bell Pepper, and Six Baby Carrots(Carrots For Color) Then put to side 2. Open can of Salmon and pour juice into bowl. 3. Mix juice with about a half cup of water. (This will be your gravy) 4. Remove bones from Salmon. 5. Cut Salmon into small pieces and put to side on plate. 6. Put Four Tablespoons of Extra Virgin Olive Oil into Large Pot (About 6 by 8 inch pot) 6. Turn heat to slightly over medium. 7. While pot is warming up, cut up 9 Cloves of garlic. 8. Heat is now ready. 9. Add Onions and Garlic to pot. 10. Add about a teaspoon of salt. 11. Sautee 12. Add Orange Bell Pepper and Sliced Baby Carrots. 13. Sautee. 14. Add Head of Chopped Cabbage. 15. Add 5 Tablespoon's of Extra Virgin Olive Oil 16. Stir around for about 7 minutes. 17. Add Fish Juice with water(Gravy) 18. Put lid on and steam for about15 minutes. 19. Add chopped Salmon from can. 20. Stir gently. To not break up the Salmon too much. 21. Steam on low heat(About 3) as desired. Test every 5 minutes to see how soft you want your cabbage. Slightly crunchy or soft. 22.
