For the crunch: (All ingredients are to be finely chopped) Mango – 1 Walnuts – 3 tbsps. Kimia Dates – 6 Almonds – 3 tbsps. Cashews – 3 tbsps. Method: Freeze the bananas and mangoes for 2 hours. Blend everything under ‘blending ingredients’ until smooth. Empty it in an airtight container and freeze. If you do not want the crunch in the ice cream, the ice cream preparation is complete. Once frozen, you can scoop out the ice cream and garnish with dry fruits of your choice. To add a crunchy bite to the ice cream - Once the ice cream is frozen halfway, take it out, add the dry fruits and chopped mangoes, and freeze it through.
