You will need: . - Package of @nongshimusa Black Ramen. - One scallion - 2 eggs - 2 TB sesame seed oil - 2 TB pickled ginger - 2 TB sliced kimchi - 1 TB sesame seeds - Pot, water, bowl . Take bowl and dump oil into it. Set aside. . Take pot, water and seasoning packets. Boil for 3 minutes. . Add noodz. Boil for two minutes and pull out of pot. Add to bowl and set aside. . Add two eggs to simmering broth. Let poach for about 3 minutes. Gently stir so egg white won't stick to pot but yolk is still soft. . Gently add egg broth over noodz. Chop and add scallions, ginger, kimchi and seeds. .
