Howdy lovelies! Are you trying to fry some fish? Chicken? Ice cream?! Here is a little tip for ya! If you do not own a kitchen thermometer (like myself lol) an easy way to check and make sure the temperature of your grease is just right, is to take a pinch of your batter and through it in the skittle/deep fryer. If the color turns to the color you desire (which is typically a golden brown, but it's up to you and how cripsy you want your food) then you are set! If not, just adjust accordingly. Be careful!
