Leptosome: How is their body image?

It isn’t terrible but, it’s not great either. He has felt weak and inferior since he was young and that hasn’t changed much since he has aged. Inside he has always worried if he looks too thin or unhealthy. 

However, he loves his fashion sense and being outlandish or different really helps him feel better. His clothes are a sort of security blanket for him.
