The handy thing about telekinesis is that it lets you reach and touch places that would've been otherwise off limits. Go feel your way into the inner workings of a machine, unlock any door by simply manipulating the mechanism that bolts it shut, go explode someone's heart while it's still beating in their chest. God, the sex when you can reach all of your partner and yourself, inside and out.

With the rise in touch displays ever since the 2010s, operating computers has become a bit more difficult, though. For some reason modern displays don't like the telekinetic touch. It's just too... tactile? A kind of weird and silly workaround for this is... rubber gloves. Since Marina is also good at blind texting, a common picture you'll get to see is her doing something with a floating invisible hand inside a rubber glove typing away at the phone next to her.

crafting + hc

Verminkoor is more hands-on with crafting, unlike modern-day Marina. The rogue knows how to properly carve and string a bow, fletch her own arrows and bolts, and is surprisingly skilled in forging documents thanks to calligraphy training. As a hobby, she enjoys carving the most, just creating little trinkets and talismans that remind her of her adventures.

Main verse Marina isn't that handy when it comes to traditional crafting. She's good at fixing things but not at creating them. Digitally, however... Marina has been composing and mastering her own music ever since high school. She's not as deep into the subject to know the inner workings and wirings of analog soundboards and synthesizers too well but she does know her way around setting up a record studio and most importantly of all mixing and mastering the end results. Audio Engineering has been number three on the list of subjects to study right after the performing arts and general music studies. As much as she likes grunge music, she's been creating a surprising amount of old school hip hop and downtempo beats. There's just something about cutting other works into tiny pieces and rearranging it into something new.

He does believe in forgiveness , but he does not forget.

To themselves : hard, very hard , It depends of course on the offense comitted, but for those things linked to guilt, even if he knows its not his fault per say. He always carries responsbility of his actions like a medal sticking into his chest. He does not forgive himself because it's a form of punishment he considers justified for having failed the person in front of him. It eats at him slowly but surely. The "ifs" .

In Others : He grants more easily grace to other. He tries to understand what caused a certain behavior, but while he does give second chances, they require time. Where he struggles to accept the apology is when you really do something to break his trust, especially when it's someone close to him. It never really is the same after that. Bitten once as they say, Jack is unwillingly waiting for it to happen again and prays t does not.

Scared of herself and what she would be forced to become, afraid of the loss of freedom that comes with the position of Inquisitor. Myrna has little say in how her life plays out now; she could certainly try, but that doesn't mean that it would be a successful try...or end well. Teen Myrna would be terrified of what's to come, more so than current Myrna already is. If she knew how it happened, she might not go to the Conclave at all; she'd fight her Keeper a little harder against the mission. Obvs that would end poorly for everyone because there's no guarantee that someone else would stumble on Corypheus and the Wardens.

HOWEVER, she would also be envious of the resources her older self has access to. So many books and scrolls and the connections to scholars...she'd be excited by that at least. It might balance out the horror of everything else.

Maren sleeps like the dead. There's little keeping her up at night. And considering she only has to meditate to speak with Solas, she doesn't have many distractions in her sleep. Once she's out, she's out—usually dreamless. And she doesn't have many regrets that keep her from going to sleep either.

Some brandy once in a while is nice, but it's a luxury for her so she doesn't get it often. She likes the warm feeling that comes with it, and is grateful that she's forced into moderation because of it being out of her price range usually. She doesn't want to accidentally drink until drunk or tipsy.

Sharing drinks with her adopted father was always nice. They would meet for coffee or tea on weekends and just spend some time together, walking around Minrathous afterwards and talking about anything and nothing. She misses him.

𝐩𝐞𝐨𝐧𝐲 : what abundance (love, friendship, safety) does your muse crave most, and do they believe they deserve it?

Peter craves love and friendship in any aspect of his life. School. Work. Home. Superheroics. It's somewhat selfish, but to him it's the kind that's necessary to feel whole in a selfless pursuit of things like science, heroics, or even just good deeds for people. The soul of the good Samaritan must be quenched of its thirst at the end of the day. Still, he'll operate in that void when he's lonely, and from time to time become acquainted with whoever he saves, or whoever he crosses paths with in any facet of his dual lives as a hero and a civilian.

As far as safety, he's a god-damned brat about it. Until he's shot, or otherwise bruised to hell from Spider-duty involving some vicious enemy. Mileage varies with how he handles his safety, especially when it comes to opening up to others for so much as a financial assistance in any hardship.

Headcanon Questions

Safest: The last time she felt truly safe was when she was a little girl, before her magic manifested itself. She was well-loved by her family and cared for. There wasn't the threat of possession or Templars breathing down her neck. She was carefree and loving her simple life.

Pain: Losing her family to the plague. It's not something she'll ever get over, especially the loss of her brother. The pair were very close and, even though they were separated for many years with Jalon in the circle, there was still a special bond between them. Returning to the Mire as a Tranquil, however, seemed to break her family more than her being sent to the Circle. She will never forgive the Circle for doing that to her and her family. She didn't get to mourn them the way she would have wanted at their passing and their deaths were traumatizing because she was so disconnected from it at the time.

Denial: That she's technically an abomination. She knows she and Hope are bonded but she tells herself that's all they are. They're just friends sharing a body, nothing more and nothing less. If she were an abomination she would be rampaging, right? Wouldn't she be a twisted monster? She isn't, therefore, she can't possibly be one.
