bc it's Chrollo + lol. Which probably worked better when Chrollo was still my icon..  I'll probably change it again when i come up with something better.

I think I'd rather be a dragon than own one. But that said I would still really love to have a dragon as a pet!  Or a direwolf..

6. What are your top 3 fandoms?

Uuh, well Tolkien is probably my permanent no.1 fave. But other than that it changes a lot.. I think the other top 2 atm would be Dragon age & Hunter x Hunter

7. Why do you enjoy Tumblr?

I like looking at pretty things & tumblr is full of them.

YES IK HEB JE NIEUWSGIERIG GEMAAKT-

Okay Artemis Fowl is (in theorie*) een kinder/young adult boekenserie over een Ierse jongen (aka Artemis Fowl de tweede) van 12 jaar die zowel superslim als superrijk is en hij heeft een butler die Butler heet :D en wat doet hij met zijn enorme intellect en inkomen? Hij wordt crimineel! zo logisch, want het zit in de familie, maar zn pa (Artemis Fowl de eerste) wordt ontvoerd in Rusland vanwege crimipraktijken, en dat maakt Artemis een beetje verdrietig. En wat doet hij dan? Hij bedenkt dat als hij geld steelt van de elven (hij is immers Iers, pot goud aan het eind van de regenboog enzo) dat hij zo de zoektocht naar zijn inmiddels 2 jaar vermiste en dood gewaande vader kan financieren.

Zo gezegd zo gedaan. Dus hij en Butler vinden een soort bedelaar-elf die hen Het Boek geeft (een soort regelboek/bijbel van de elven) en weten zo een belangrijke elf op te sporen en te vangen. Jammer genoeg voor hen is deze elf de kick-ass kapitein van de opsporingsdienst van de elfBI (LEPrecon in het Engels) Holly Short - tevens de eerste vrouwelijke kapitein ooit.  Waar Artemis ook niet over heeft nagedacht is dat de elven - die onder de grond wonen - super high-tech zijn (denk TRON). Oh ja, een sarcastische centaur is de spil van deze technologische vooruitgang.

Nou ja, de elfBI trekt dus naar het superdeluxe landhuis van de familie Fowl om kapitein Short vrij te krijgen… wat je krijgt is een reeks aanvaringen tussen:

Butler en elven

Artemis en elventechnologie

Holly en Artemis

Butler en een heel winderige dwerg

Butler en een trol (!)

Verder lees je ook over Juliet Butler, het tienerzusje van Butler (wiens voornaam zo’n 3 boeken lang geheim blijft) een supersparkly blond meisje wiens grootste passie worstelen is, en Angeline Fowl, de moeder van Artemis, die tijdens de afwezigheid van haar man een behoorlijke mentale klap gekregen heeft en nu waandenkbeelden heeft en paranoia is (ouch).

In de volgende delen krijgt Artemis het steeds weer voor elkaar om  iets te doen waardoor de elven (met name Holly) weer bij hem op de stoep staan. Of hij hun hulp inroept. In ieder geval raakt hij steeds meer betrokken bij hun wereld en…. hij wordt aardig????

Andere noemenswaardige characters zijn Julius Root, de opvliegende baas van Holly, Trouble Kelp (die zichzelf Trouble heeft genoemd), Opal Koboi (een pixie), grootste criminele genie onder de grond (die zich keizerin van de hele wereld wil laten uitroepen), Minerva Paradizo, een jeugdig genie uit Frankrijk, Mulch Diggums(EN)/Turf Graafmans(NL), een eerder genoemde winderige, kleptomane dwerg die wel verdacht vaak toevallig in de buurt is, Caballine, een kick-ass centaur die helaas pas in het laatste boek echt voorkomt maar niettemin supercool is, en Orion, waar ik niet al te veel over wil zeggen maar hij is hilarisch en komt in het zevende boek voor. En nog een heleboel meer maar ik vergeet er vast een paar.

En de gekke dino dude is No. 1 :D Eigenlijk een demon (of duivelskind), maar hij komt pas in het 5de deel voor helaas. Hij is ook geweldig aaaa-

oh en het eerste boek kan misschien wat saai zijn maar de boeken worden (vind ik) steeds leuker dusja C’:

*ok hier is het sterretje dan: in theorie een kinder/young adult boek omdat het dialoog en plot op zo’n manier lopen dat een volwassene er vreselijk van kan genieten dusja :D

Something That I Want - Grace Potter and the Nocturnal She Moves In Her Own Way - The Kooks   (second one just reminds me of summer vacation because I remember listening to this one a lot one summer)

2. Going on vacation anytime soon?

Nope, not going on vacation this year (Because, well Hobbitcon and my going to study abroad in September) 

3. Favourite country/city to visit?

Wow this is really difficult?? ALL THE COUNTRIES!! I really enjoyed England and Scotland so far (and want to go back many times). Furthermore Rome!! (And then there are several Italian places and Athens on my not-yet-visited-but-I-would-love-to list) 

4. Favourite thing to do on a sunday?

Just doing nothing. Watch a movie, read, sleep. 

5. Comic Con or Coachella?

Comic Con!! (Never heard of Caochella until a few days ago haha)

6. What is the worst film you’ve ever seen?

The first one that comes to mind right now is Wuthering Heights (2011) but just because I've seen that one a few days ago. I'm sure I've seen worse. 

I remember being pretty traumatised by  X The Movie (1996) and its sucky-ness but I didn't/still don't know about the original manga, 

(But I tend to forget about films I hate)

7. Best friend in the world?

Sorry I don't have a best friend (I think????)

8. Food you could eat at any time of the day?

Does chocolate count? Else, like, cereal orsomething

Tumblr for fun, Facebook for socialising.

haha what are you talking about only silly southeners celebrate things like carnaval- (sorry no :C I basically only have fridays off and no other free days till end of april aaa- uni is demonic) maybe the weekends? though I should check deadlines :')

wellp there you go :')  May  holiday is the only other time I'll have some days off during the week. Though for the next few weeks I also have the fridays off.
