kkymgi headcanon: Kakashi isn’t typically the first one up, but he really enjoys morning cuddles, when the bed is still sleep warm and everyone is half-awake and bleary. Unfortunately, Gai is a very exuberant early riser, so this seldom occurs, but if Yamato spends the night with them, Gai will linger so the three of them can spend a little extra time together and help warm Kakashi’s perpetually cold feets uwu

i totally agree that gai is very hard to pin down for extended morning snuggle time! he will climb back in bed for 15min, 30 if theyre lucky. but after that he starts trying to get kk out of bed which always ends up w gai being forcefully kicked out of bed.
