Klaus fell against the closed door of his bedroom with a soft groan as he ran a hand over his face. He just couldn’t get the events of the evening spent with Caroline out of his head. Events that left his hybrid heart pounding a glorious rhythm inside his heaving chest.

He knew she had only spent time with him at the town’s only passable pub as a minor distraction for whatever cockamamie scheme her little group had been devising next. Oh, but tonight, tonight there were moments, real genuine moments when things went…quite differently than normally expected.

Typically, there were a few traded barbs, him trying his best to charm her and her seemingly pretending to fight him off before one of them would stalk off. Her to congratulate herself on yet another distract Klaus mission that didn’t end with her giving in to her darkest desire and him to lick his wounds while deciding whether he would dramatically burn then save any of the numerous drawings he had done of her beautiful face.

But tonight…? She enjoyed herself. He could tell. Her laughter had been genuine, not the fabricated sort that she used while trying too hard to keep his attention when the likes of Damon or the Bennett witch came near. Tonight, he finally gained that elusive Caroline-smile he had been aiming to obtain for months.

By their third drink, some new age song had begun to play and even he could feel its rhythm as she began to unconsciously sway to its beat.

Surprisingly, the guilt that usually danced through her mind after giving in to her deepest and most secret desire was oddly quiet, only a bliss that she knew so very little of existed. The last thought she had was how she would contain her flustering blush when she was inevitably sent in as Klaus’ distraction tomorrow after what her mind had him doing to her tonight.

On second thought, maybe she’d just take another shower in the morning to release the built-up tension. Because tonight’s little shower fantasy was all kinds of hot.

One Spring Night

This kdrama is going to get on my favourites list, isn't it? Two episodes in and I can already tell.

The most cute, soothing, lovely ost

Like how nobody involved is a super rich chaebol

Love the fact that they both have regular yet unconventional jobs - pharmacist and librarian

I was taken aback (in a refreshingly good way) by how Lee Jung-In doesn't get freaked out or bothered by the fact that Yoo Ji-Ho is a single dad

Also love how Yoo Ji-Ho doesn't stalkerishly or aggressively pursue her because that's a sad romantic trope but still is direct about his feelings

The dinosaur stickers in the car were the cutest thing

And the unsuspecting and innocent way in which the kid says 'amma?' when asked to guess who Lee Jung-In is low-key broke my heart

Love the show's whole season based theme and wanna see how they further poetically incorporate it

I also like how Jung-In stands up to her father about her marriage and does take a break from my boyfriend cos it wasn't feeling right

Am also super interested to know the back story of her Unni

Can't wait for the next episode!!!!

KDrama update!!! ( literally two days ago I was left kdrama less :D)

Angel’s Last Mission: LOve - Must see, its adorable, sad, funny, interesting and all this from just two episodes. Kim Myungsoo character is absolute cuteness. the cast is perfectly selected. I can relay on this one after Her privacy life ends :(

The secret life of my secretary - Koreans and their secretaries. This one is like a mash-up of several dramas. like Hot boss with a dramatic family who can't recognize faces and adorable secretary, who wears terrible outfits and some corporative madness. Still, Kim Young Kwang character is very likable.

Abyss - Okay this one I watch with the hope, that Seo In Guk and Jung Min So-min will make an appearance again ( ahh babies).

My Absolute Boyfriend - What’s up with this robot love stories, creeps me out. And this show has terrible casting. And i still watch it

One spring Night - I’ve seen just one ep, but it gives me “Something in the Rain” vibes and lead is the same. (update writer and director are same too)

So, I am a bit apprehensive about Wok of Love, but I just saw clip of two male leads interacting and I’m already getting over my doubts out of sheer power of acting/amazing power my screen exhuded. Also can’t wait when Seo Poong will be walking step in step with the gang, smartly dressed and ready to slay.

Also why is Junho’s characters always ready to Throw Hands lmao.
