Elwin Forrester is a 22-year-old, bisexual musical prodigy who moved from Brindleton Bay to Del Sol Valley for a fresh start, and frequently plays in venues for money and attention. Despite appearing like a cool musician on the outside, Elwin is clumsy, awkward, and a bit of a ditz. He doesn't often pick up on social cues, and often romanticizes someone's kindness towards him. He likes listening and composing classical music, singing, watching Indie movies, and dabbling in yoga. He also has a secret and weird fascination with the history of the Oregon Trail.

Trinity came over to visit while the kids were at school and after Emerson left for work.

Trinity: hey dad shouldn’t you put some clothes on?

AT: shouldn’t you be in school?

Hi I’m Emerson Young. I’m 19 almost twenty in like 4 months but my ID says I’m 21. My Uncle Jared is the best. He made my ID card himself because he wanted to make sure it looked legit so I could get into places like bars and such. Isn’t he the coolest?

Aspiration: Friend of the world (or something like that)

At little about myself. I was raised by my Uncle Jared after my parents failed to come back from Sixam. They went there to investigate what the aliens were up to leaving me behind with Uncle. I was six at the time. I don’t really remember them to be honest but it’s all cool I had Uncle Jared who taught me everything I know. I think he’s a spy. He has all these really cool gadgets he let me use while I was in Strangerville but that’s a story for another time.

I’ve never been in a relationship before too busy with school. I was class president and voted prom king my senior year. I make friends super easily but I’d like to meet someone who maybe wants to be more than friends. I mean for as popular as I was in school I haven’t had my first kiss yet. Isn’t that sad? Wow I’m 19 and never been kissed!!! 

Then Uncle sent me to Strangerville to look into some top secret lab that was supposed to be there. So it’s not like I’ve had a lot of time to be getting kissed and other things. Are there other things after kissing? I heard things and want to experience those things. I thought something was developing between me and this Benjamin guy I met in Strangerville but he freaked out when I told him how old I was for reals and well lets just say he no longer talks to me. I guess he thought I was too young for him. 

Ok so now  you know that I’m inexperienced and young but don’t get the idea I’m a sweet lil innocent on the loose in the big bad world. I’ve seen things. Done things just not all the things I’m hoping to experience. After my experience in Strangerville I told Uncle I didn’t want to work for him anymore. He’s not talking to me now. I’m in the process of figuring out who I am and what I want to be. Seriously I have no clue. Although I don’t think being a master carver of wood is in my future. I suck at that!

1. How much CC hunting do you do daily?

I wouldn't say hunt, per say. I...peruse. In general though, I can download between 5-10 things a day depending on what I see. Especially some good male content.

2. If you could trade a kidney for your favorite expansion pack, WOULD YOU?

Hell no! My favorite EP is not going to flush toxins out of my body. Thanks, but no thanks.

3. What expansion packs and stuff packs do you have?

I have every EP and I have High End Loft. I had Outdoor Living, but I lost it in a house fire before I could register it. :(

4. How many times have you let a sim drown?

Never! I honestly don't think my sims have ever died...

5. What is your favorite aspect of The Sims 3?

My favorite aspect...that's a hard one. I'm a sucker for DNA and I love that you can have so many mixes. In previous games, you had to do special downloads to get different color hairs/skins/etc. I love how if I really wanted to, a green sim and a normal white/blak/etc sim can have babies AND the babies may even come out lighter/darker skinned. I love the mystery of genetics.

6. Would you consider yourself a Die Hard Simmer?

It's kind of disgusting actually. I was starting to lose interest until I found the simblr community.

7. Who are your favorite townies in Sunset Valley?

Oh, wow...I never really played the townies...But I like Agnes Crumplebottom a lot. She had potential. I like Erin Kennedy a lot. I felt bad for her. She's like me. A girl who's a little desperate for love, but doesn't know how to go about it.

8. Goopy carbonara or autumn salad?

Autumn salad, for sure. Any food that has the word goopy in it, I'd prefer to stay away.

9.  Which Sims 3 town do you favor the most?

Currently, Isla Paradiso, but that's because I love the feel of an island. Sunset Valley is a close second!

10. How excited are you for the Sims 4?

Not to excited. I just started a story and I'm not ready to let them go. I don't know enough about it to really judge.

11. Are you considering purchasing the Into The Future EP?

Yes! A thousand times yes! I've made sure I've had ever EP up until now and this one sure does look interesting. I mean, what do I really have to lose at this point?
