Bari, Field Show, and Trombone? :)

Bari: How many instruments do you play? / Which ones?

Three.  My primary instrument is clarinet.  I also play bass clarinet, and marimba.  Recently though, because of lack of funding, I'm doing winter guard instead of marimba.

Field Show: What was the theme of your last field show?

It was called Off the Path.  It followed the story of Little Red Riding Hood and all of our audiences really loved it!  We had two guard girls play as Little Red and the Big Bad Wolf, and we had lots of sound effects.  It was a very nice show.  We had planned to have a prop in the back to depict grandma, but we didn't have enough money because our school district doesn't fund us.  (we raise our own money because if not we would have insufficient funds)

Trombone: What is your favorite characteristic about your section?

The clarinet section is relatively easy-going and friendly around each other.  We're all really close with each other, and there's hardly any drama (there used to be, but that's all behind us).  Anyway, I like the sense of teamwork we have.  As section leader and captain, it's really nice for everyone to finally get along!
