I did the color test two times and the first time I did I choose one cooler tone for one question and got hazel but then I redid it and took a warm tone instead and this one change resulted in brown. Green is probably some kind of midtone. So you would most likely get green as result when you picked warm and cold colors. There were also questions about patterns that I have no idea how they played into the result at all.

I’d definitely put green as a cool tone and not mid (grey is the only neutral/mid, really) and selected 0 cool tone answers (all yellow and orange/red) so I really don’t know - not a mixture. I guess the pattern questions dictate whether you get green or brown if you select 100% warm?

Thanks for your addition on the Kim Possible Trailer! I really hate it when people are like "but it's for kids so it's okay if it looks bad and awkward" I think that's also a big thing for a lot of cheap looking Cartoons these days. It's for kids Yeah, but why can't kids have nice looking shows and movies today? Why is it okay if actual adults put zero effort into things for kids, do you think they are stupid enough to not notice? Why is okay to try to cash grab kids with trashy looking shows?

Thanks, @knight-nick! You’re spot on. I don’t know why people use that argument. Not only is it asinine, but it implies that they think children are too stupid to tell the difference between something that was made with passion and talent, and something that was only done to make a quick buck. Children are way more intelligent than some adults give them credit for. 

Also, the “don’t criticize, it’s for kids,” argument implies that the adults working on these children’s stories shouldn’t be taken seriously as artists, which is bullshit. Are we really gonna act like the people behind The Secret of NIMH aren’t masters of their craft? Or on the flip side, are we gonna act like adults who do a piss poor job of creating children’s media should be let off the hook for their laziness/incompetence?

I forgot to say this in my reblog, but I would argue that children’s media should be taken more seriously than media aimed at an older crowd, because it’s for children. When writing something that is meant to be exposed to younger, impressionable minds who are still learning and depend on adults to guide them, there should be a lot of care taken into the stories they watch or read. It’s not an easy job, and it shouldn’t be treated as such. We should praise the creators who do it right, and call out the ones who give children stories that is either poor in quality, or has horrible lessons to teach them.

I just gave it a quick google and it said there are about three Final Fantasy characters. A friend of mine also played it trough in 40 hours which kinda disappointed me when I think about the fact that people waited 13 years for the game :/

ah i see. yeah it was a really short game but idk it was kinda satisfying. i haven’t been on the edge of my seat for it or anything and it’s not like we won’t see the characters again lmao.

I love the soundtrack it's so good!! Many people complain about how ugly the Pokemon are but like in my opinion there's only a handful that look kinda off. And I think Blotund is one of my new favorite Pokemon!! The wild are is great but I don't like the extrem weather changes from area to area. My main complaint is the routes, they felt super short, had only a few trainer battles in total and I would have loved to explore them more. But it was a lot of fun honestly!!

i love boltund! i knew i was gonna have a yamper on my team bc its so cute, but I really didn’t expect it (and its evolution) to really play such a big part. aside from my starter i think my boltund was consistently the highest level team member, and there were lots of battles where she ended up helping me out last minute and wining the battle! 

i do have to agree with ur criticisms also! while i didnt really mind the weather changes too much during the main game, i can tell its going to be frustrating trying to complete the dex, since certain pokemon only come up in certain weather conditions and the weather is so random and spotty. and the routes were a bit short too, which sucks cause theyre all really pretty! the early routes especially were so nice to run around, even though they were so small

I actually do think it has something to do with your original post because you said that “don’t bring you screaming children into public places” is bullshit but we were discussing in which places you actually should not bring your screaming children. And as a matter of facts: you should be able to bring you children, screaming or not, almost everywhere. And some people are fucking dicks about screaming children especially at places like the store or just out in public.

Didn’t say that, and that’s not what it’s about. It’s a personal post about my mom that got hijacked, not public discourse. You commented under someone literally calling my mom a bad parent. It’s not a post that’s up for debate.
