A couple concepts: conflict resolution, new love, and battle. I’d help people solve problems, help bring closure, help find lost things, help overcome terrible situations, or help foster new beginnings. Basically “fix it or make it work”. I’d imagine that would extend to construction, tinkering, etc as well.
As far as offerings go, handmade things. Baked goods, moonshine, handmade jewelry, art pieces, handmade toys, scavenged treasures. As long as the person made it, or found something special, it would work.
