why's moms hair like that?
‘ oh , you didn’t hear her ? she said it at dinner yesterday , it’s , like , she went to the hairdresser because –– ’ voice assumed a mocking tone ––– ‘ she deserves it right now . ’ nancy sneered at the thought , thinking about it , thinking about the thought of who deserved what . if any of them deserved anything . not at this rate . ‘ don’t ask her about it . or say anything about it . seriously , she won’t shut up . i guess she thinks it looks good . ’ unspoken : idiot , mumbled , quiet , to herself .
