Had the insane urge to design and sew my own "housewife" or sewing kit after watching Sewstine's video on YouTube:

I have literally JUST enough black satin ribbon to line it with, and I can steal some more ribbon from last year's witch hat I made. This is going to be for my crochet and knitting bits and bobs. The first section is 2 pockets to hold my Altoids tin of stitch markers and my thread/yarn snippers. The second section holds crochet needles, and the third section is one large pocket I made specifically for circular knitting needle storage, but I could maybe use it for other bits and bobs too. Im officially my mother, but I'm not mad about it!

PS: thank you @heliager for the awesome dragon hoard of stitch markers, your gift definitely also spurred on this sewing frenzy! 😘
