It was another typical day for you at the KNK boy’s dorm, that included movies, food, laughs, and of course you trying to hide you're inevitable crush on Youjin.
You look up at Inseong whose staring at you with an amused expression, “Wow you really can't be anymore obvious, can you?”
“Huh?! Obvious about what?” You worriedly ask.
“Hmm I don't know, maybe your giant crush on Youjin. It's not like you've been staring at him for the past five minutes or anything. ” he sarcastically responds
“Oh my god, have I really?! Are you serious?? Do you think he knows??” You rapidly fire questions at Inseong.
He glances behind you at Youjin, “As far as I know he's oblivious to just about everything.”
You sigh in relief at your friend's words.
You place your head in your hands a look of sadness filling your eyes.
“You okay?” Inseong asks concern flooding his features.
“He doesn't like me.” You say defeated.
Inseong hums in thought, “I think you've got a pretty good chance.”
You slam your head down onto the table, “You don't have to lie, I’ll get over it eventually.”
Inseong places a hand on your back, “(Y/N) I’ve seen you fighting with yourself about your feelings towards him for about a year now, I think it's time you say something.” he tells you in a soft voice.
“It's been that long?” You whine.
“Yea, it has trust me I would know.” he sighs sadly
You tilt your head in confusion, “What do you mean by that?”
He shakes his head a smile forming on his lips, “It's nothing, just please tell him I don't like seeing you like this.”
“What if he doesn't like me back, how am I supposed to face him again?” you groan.
“We've been friends for so long, he wouldn't let something like that mess up your friendship, and the rest of the members wouldn't let that happen either. Besides I really think he likes you back and if not he must really be blind, because you're the most amazing girl i've ever met!” He encourages you.
“You think so?” You question still a little unsure.
“I wouldn't say it if i didn't mean it.” He smiles hiding the pain in his eyes. After all if you were happy he would be happy too.
You stand up from you chair, “What the hell, what's the worst that could happen.” You say and make your way towards Youjin.
Youjin is mindlessly scrolling through his phone when you try to get his attention.
You don't even get your words out yet still trying to figure out what you even wanted to say. You clear your throat awkwardly and Youjin looks up at you finally noticing your presence.
Alright it’s now or never you think.
“Um so actually I like you.” You quickly blurt out.
Youjin opens his mouth to reply but you’re too scared of him turning you down so you quickly wave your hands in front of his face, “Wait! I’m not done. I know you probably don’t like me back, but I don’t want things to be awkward or-”
“I like you too.” Youjin interrupts.
You continue rambling for a moment before Youjins words finally click in your mind, “You what?”
Youjin grabs your shoulder, staring into your eyes, “I.Like.You.” He slowly says making sure you understand him.
“Oh.” You quietly say, your face instantly heating up
Youjin brushes your hair behind your ear letting out a small chuckle before leaning down to press a kiss on your forehead.
Inseong’s loud voice suddenly interrupts the moment between you two, “Ha! Told you so!”
