To the anon who asked about how to talk. I have after years and years in the psychiatric care realised that the only thing that really helps is just to open up and tell them all, what ever it is about everyday worries or anxiety or anxiety over not having something that you believe is a serious issue enough, tell them about that. I know how it is sitting there and just not knowing what you're supposed to tell them and its really hard but it's possible. Good luck <3
