well i was thinking of what we know of her backstory so far and i wanted to give her a resilient animal and the emperor penguin is hardy as fuck
and like maybe when it's conjured it moves like it's swimming through the air since i imagine that's what would happen if someone had a fish etc as a patronus so its a little more agile and graceful than a penguin waddling on land
This is a pretty new idea for me -- questioning allies. And frankly it was uncomfortable for me. But recently I was badgered for almost an hour by an ally telling me how rare and special he was that he was not going to get married until gays could married. He said over and over "It's not every day you meet a straight guy like me." Unfortunately it is every fucking day I meet them, and they remain useless to me. So thanks for bringing this up.
Yup. Straight dude allies are worse because straight women seem more ready to be allies, so when a dude comes along he things he's god's special unique gift to queer folk.

I was NOT ANTICIPATING the possibility that people would be less than on board with the idea that I might ship anything at all!
