Things I Learned. From Reading and surfing.
Half the food you might be eating contains more and more substances that are derived from elements that are considered FATAL to the human body. This includes vaccines.
The more processed the food is, the more likely it is to kill you by depositing unwanted substances in your body. (yyyaaaayyy! duh.)
Only a few people decide what food goes out to the majority of the world. They are not as diverse as you think. They really are just branched out, to promote their products better. You can count on one hand the companies that manages food.
Nothing packaged and processed can be organic. Believe it. the only organic thing you can get is raw food at the stalls. And they might just still be bio-engineered.
If you want clean. Grow it. Boil it. Peel it.
Make your own potato chips if you are really concerned about getting fat.
If you still don't get the idea, chips = saturated fat and Corn syrup fructose = major body malady
Too much meds and pills can kill you.
The body has a way of healing itself, to keep yourself truly healthy, prevent illness. And try alternative medicine. Preferably, one that won't drug you.
The less artificial you put in yourself, the better you actually will be.
Pain is inevitable, but it can be prevented. But if its there, there is probably an underlying problem.
AND whatever you do, Exercise is still the best get healthy regimen along with a healthy diet.
Good Posture and calmness adds years to your life
Vices can only be ignored for so long. Until you are wheezing and stuck at the doctors.
Indulge in meager quantities.
Teenagers are more apt to abuse their bodies. Find a way to prevent this.
Lack of sleep = less brain works
Diseases stems from an early unhealthy lifestyle
It does not mean you are young, that alchohol, drugs, and STDs can pass you by without leaving its mark
Annual checkups = lifesaver at most
Recurring headaches,fever,aches, etc should be something to be worried of.
I read this over the goodness of the internet.' i wanted to share this to the people around. Some of this might actually be common sense, but it won't hurt to remind yourself something about your health. We live in a fast paced world, and we tend to forget our health as we try to rush on. Let's just keep it healthy and clean.
