I know the state of the world is scary right now. Multiple wars, genocides, rising temperatures, floods, restrictive human rights in “progressive” countries.
You have a right to be terrified- but do something about it. Do something, however small. Channel that fear. Stand up to those in power, creating these struggles to feed their machine- tell them “no more.”.
Start local. Don’t stress yourself out over the seemingly insurmountable challenge of global politics- do something for your own community. Write to your representatives about issues you care about; protest, spread information.
The singly most important weapon we have against fascism and suffering is knowledge.
