Love yourself, heal yourself, that is what will align you to all that you desire in your life. We are not brought up to love ourselves, in fact we are taught the exact opposite. By our parents, family members, in schools, by our bosses, our culture and society actually do not know how to do it.....love yourself that is. And the crazy thing is, it’s not done intentionally....in fact people have NO IDEA how they are raising their children, teaching children, how creating a messed up culture is affecting children. Why? Because no one is truly awake to life. Very few people are actually mindful and PRESENT in their life. People suppress their emotions, control their environment, put bandaids on their problems, and live in denial. And that kinda life will cause anxiety, Heath problems, struggle, stress and so on. And when we actually do see someone loving themselves we think they are the weird ones. The first step to change is awareness, and that awareness is that it all starts with you. If you want real transformative change in your life.... start with yourself. You ARE the key to your health, happiness, joy, love, abundance and whatever else you desire. Go within... read, get educated, get a good coach/therapist that can help you feel safe and challenge you to explore the blocks in your life. We are all hear to learn, that’s our purpose here on earth, so don’t wait another second to help yourself. You’ve been living in denial probably your whole life.... how’s that truly working for ya....how do you really feel deep down?
