The Loop Bus!

Being stuck anywhere is never fun, especially when you feel trapped on a college campus. Here at TCNJ, the necessity for having a break and getting off campus once in awhile is being met through the use of the Loop Bus! Unfortunately, freshmen students are not permitted to have their cars on campus. So, the Loop Bus is a great tool and alternative for students on campus without cars to go to several different places off campus! The bus runs every Tuesday, Friday, and Saturday, stopping at 7 different locations! I remember my friends and I, as freshmen, we began to feel a little bit “stir crazy,” just itching to get off campus and go somewhere else other than our dorm and Eickhoff Hall. My personal favorite location is the Nassau Park Pavilion where Target is! The schedules for the days are posted below:

I find that it was and still is very important for my friends and I to get off campus, especially when the stress starts to build up. Like I said before, it is not very fun feeling “stuck” in one spot, which is where the Loop Bus comes in handy! Whether you want to see a movie, go eat somewhere that is not a dining hall, or hop on a train to NYC, the Loop Bus can take you there! The TCNJ Loop Bus is a very valuable asset to the student community and it is very important to know the different days and times it is running!
