This past Saturday was the Glide ‘N Gorge fundraiser for the Keweenaw Nordic Ski Club. We spent a couple of hours volunteering by setting up and tending to the appetizer stop before striking off into the Swedetown Creek gorge ourselves.

Crosscountry skiing at the Keweenaw Nordic Ski Club’s Glide N Gorge! The weather was spectacular and made for very good skiing conditions. The combination of great natural beauty, friends, food and music created an awesome atmosphere for a late February afternoon!
