studio 38 deserved bankruptcy because they didn't make mean hot lady #17 romanceable. yes this is about the dark empyrean. way back when in my first playthrough, i always sided with the evil one in the faction quests and redoing scholia arcana made me remember that that's the one faction quest where you CANNOT side with evil hot lady. we support women's wrongs here, sir. she can have a little murder, as a treat. gaslight gatekeep girlboss geriatocide. she just killed my new PC and i am so grateful.

quarantine game recs

For my fellow Dragon Age fans out there who are currently in quarantine, I’ve got a video game recommendation for y’all. If you haven’t played it yet, definitely consider Kingdoms of Amalur: Reckoning. It’s a great fantasy RPG that I played for the first time only recently.

Despite coming out in 2012 is has those fun cartoon graphics that were popular with Fable and is still quite enjoyable in 2020. The world is huge and fun to explore and the class system doesn’t force you into one kind of play style. There are the three skill trees, might, finesse, and sorcery, but you can multi-class with skills from all three. So you don’t have to just be a warrior or rogue, currently I’m a battle mage wielding flaming chakrams and feeling very xena.

Of course as a fan of Dragon Age I wish there were companions that followed you around, but there are still many interesting characters to meet in the story regardless. The only real negative to this game is that some of the really good loot can only be found randomly in chests scattered throughout the world. But even still I’ve found enough to keep my character looking good.

So that’s my recommendation, feel free to add on if you found something new and want to share : )

Kingdoms of Amalur: Reckoning is getting a remaster called Re-Reckoning and I want to buy the $110 special edition just to throw as much money at the studio that bought the IP as possible to show them that there is interest in this franchise and they should revive it and give us a sequel! but I am also unemployed, do you see the struggle here
