“Worrying is like a rocking chair, it gives you something to do, but it gets you nowhere.” - Glen Turner ........... It is natural to worry, especially in challenging times. I remind myself that worrying is only negative visualization. We are not our thoughts. We are empowered to control our thoughts and in turn, our reality. I find that gratitude is an excellent remedy for worry. It is difficult for both feelings to occupy the mind simultaneously when you are awake in the middle of the night overthinking. Gratitude attracts more of the energy we are thankful for and presents us with an opportunity for abundance. ......BTW I won’t be sitting in this chair 🪑 all week! Magazine party for @kansascityhomesstyle on Thursday. #kobis bar #bonnersprings on Friday. Farm Tour @sweetstreamslavender on Saturday! Maybe a live feed on FB tonight and again tomorrow afternoon for the friends across the ocean 🌊? I hope that we connect soon.
