@kociara81​ - Looks great. I wish to build like that (my builds in TS3 looks like garbage :D).

The hardest part when building according to a house plan is by far getting the proportions right; sims are very fussy about routing and the game doesn’t permit a lot of details that would look nice (I would LOVE a half-tile option for floor tiles, for example).

But you might just prefer more utilitarian houses. My regular builds (the ones I actually play in) look like this, boxes are more practical to use :)
