As much as this character is very cool and the actor's interpretation is superb in the movie, i can't take Saladin's name seriously lmao. In my language (italian) it's similar to "salatino" which basically translates to.. a salty snack, a cracker or something like that. I remember studying about him in middle school and the fact that in our history books his name was always italianized as "Saladino" didn't help (even more similar, only one letter difference) 💀
