Kokohu atau Kohu-kohu adalah penganan khas Maluku, secara visual nampak seperti urap. Bahan utama terbuat dari ikan cakalang asap yang disuwir, dicampur dengan parutan kelapa, sayuran hijau dan kecambah. Memiliki sensasi rasa gurih kelapa, segar asid jeruk, tendangan panas rica, harum aroma bawang merah dan kemangi. . Satu jenis hidangan ini sudah lengkap berkawan dengan keladi rebus, menjadikannya pasangan yang serasi nan mengenyangkan, karena pada Kokohu sudah terdapat protein dari ikan, lemak dari kelapa, vitamin dan mineral dari sayur. . How cute is this house? Greeting you after miles of being the lone car on the road thru rolling fields of green pasture, cows and sheep. Kohukohu, little village of 150 people - musicians, writers, artists, environmentalist, and forward thinkers. (Yep, they really say that on their website kohukohu.com).
