🌴 𝗠𝗮𝗺𝘀𝗵𝗮 𝗣𝗮𝗹𝗺 – 𝗜𝗻𝘀𝗽𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝗯𝘆 𝗣𝗮𝗹𝗺 𝗧𝗿𝗲𝗲𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗭𝗲𝗻 𝗩𝗶𝗯𝗲𝘀
𝗠𝗮𝗺𝘀𝗵𝗮 𝗣𝗮𝗹𝗺 on Saadiyat Island has an iconic design inspired by palm trees and Japanese Zen. This project by 𝗔𝗹𝗱𝗮𝗿 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗽𝗲𝗿𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀 features 44 homes, including 1 to 3-bedroom apartments and 4-bedroom sky villas.
The building is designed by 𝗞𝗼𝗶𝗰𝗵𝗶 𝗧𝗮𝗸𝗮𝗱𝗮. The design features smooth, natural shapes that fit well with the surroundings. There will be a rooftop pool with sea views, a wellness center, and a kids’ play area. The project is expected to be finished by 𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗹𝘆 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟴.
It’s located in the Saadiyat Cultural District, close to places like the Louvre Abu Dhabi and Soul Beach.
