𝗞𝗲𝗺𝗽𝗶𝗻𝘀𝗸𝗶 𝗙𝗹𝗼𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗣𝗮𝗹𝗮𝗰𝗲 is one of the most unique hotels being built in Dubai. It’s not on land but floating on the sea near Jumeirah Beach. The resort will have a main floating hotel with 200 rooms and 48 private boat villas, all connected by pontoons. The hotel building is made up of four parts joined in the center by a glass pyramid. This will hold restaurants, bars, a spa, pools, shops, banquet areas, and space to dock yachts. There will also be 12 special floating villas that can move on water like boats. These will have private pools and smart features, offering a calm and private stay on the sea. I see this AED 600 million project becoming a new attraction in Dubai for those who want something peaceful, unique, and close to nature.
