imagine komaeda carefully changing the gauze on tsumikis leg and arm and all the while he kisses little burn scars and bruises from falling and then covers them up. tsumiki asks what hes doing and he just says "kisses are like bandaids" 

a few days later he has a pretty bad episode and is talking all crazy and afterwards he sits in his room and sulks over it and tsumiki comes in very quietly and taps him on the shoulder before he notices her coming in and when he turns around to face her she gives him a quick kiss and he's all "what was that for why would you kiss trash like me" and she tries not to freak out and get all scared because she kissed him without his permission and she could've startled him!!!! but she just says "kisses are like bandaids" and then proceeds to kiss him all over his face and hands and tells him how much she cares and stuff ヾ(*´∀｀*)ﾉ

imagine Mikan tries hard to take care of Komaeda as his health deteriorates. He thanks her, but one day he takes her hand in his and asks quietly if she can grant him one wish before he dies. She stutters over her words, saying that he won't die, she won't let him, but he just smiles and asks if she can still do him a favor. She nods and says she'll do anything and so Komaeda asks if she would kiss him. Flustered, she asks why, but he just repeats his question and she finally agrees. Trembling slightly, she leans down and he brushes some hair from her face as she timidly presses her mouth to his. They stay like that for a bit, until she pulls back to breathe and Komaeda thanks her. She mumbles that she'll kiss him as much as he wants as long as he promises to not die on her. He just smiles sadly, squeezing her hand as he shuts his eyes.
