I wish more games had puzzles like Kona5 (even though there are fetch quests) theyre difficult as fuck fetch quests and theyre usually merged with puzzles that actually require you to think

While not RPG Maker, have you tried the ye old fashioned Adventure Games?  Because that’s what you’ve described to me.  I have a GOG account just so I can play games like that (ok, I just really wanted to play Sam & Max Hit the Road, but I wanted to try the rest too!). :0

Body Elements is a game...umm....by KonaKonaKonaKonaKona... it's...a game...

This game is really really different from the games Kona usually makes.... Um...wow...I'm pretty...shocked about all this. O-O There's a lot more gore and mutilation in this...and it's...wow...The game design is also different than other Kona games, this one featuring taller and thinner sprites than the usual chibi ones. There's also none of those close-up detailed pictures that pop up. ....The thing that really hits you...is the...gore factor...

It's a game that seems to be based off another game? called Body Puzzle, which I haven't played. Nevertheless, you can still finish the basic plot. ..... The area in total is pretty small so a quick run throughout the...place...can help if you get stuck... and... the puzzles are easy...enough... 

If you get nauseous easily, don't play this game.
