#well Peter and Billy sure changed from living to being dead
Belle's live reaction to finding out there was missing backstory to her new bestie. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ I mean, I am not wrong! And I didn't say Billy's death was Ruby's fault, there is a difference. But it did end with a mob twice. The attitude of the townsfolk sure has not changed either.
After the year we all had, I was almost afraid of getting my feet in 2021, on a day that was gonna be spent at home in solitude, once again. But then I got the biggest surprise opening my mail to find the pieces I commissioned @konako , ready for me! As always she has surpassed my expectations and created another wonderful piece. I seriously can’t thank her enough for making this weird start of the year a bit better for me.
Now, to the piece.. we all know that with the next season we’ll be saying goodbye to Supergirl.. and with that to the Danvers Sisters. It’s something that fills me with sadness, since I got incredibly attached to these two and most of all to their relationship. So this piece comes at the right moment .. to celebrate this couple of badass sisters that entered my heart to stay. And I know that they’ll forever be there, kicking asses and fighting injustices together.. as only the Danvers sisters can.
Crossbow Canary + "Should I bring a knife?"
“Should I bring a knife?”
“No.”
“Just a little one,” Helena tries.
“No.”
“But what if I—”
“Helena,” Dinah says, the name like a pointed sigh that she’s very familiar with and her teeth click shut as she waits for Dinah to finish. “I will not let you take a knife.”
“I would like to take a knife.”
“Why?”
“For protection.”
Dinah smiles then, lips trembling as she pauses putting on mascara to fully face her and loop her arms around Helena’s neck.
“Do you think Cass’ teachers are gonna attack us?”
“You never know.”
“You’re adorable,” Dinah says but the way she says it, Helena just knows she also thinks Helena’s being completely ridiculous. “But you’re not taking a knife to a parent-teacher meeting.”
“But—”
“No,” Dinah says and then she kisses her to keep her quiet and in the end, Helena leaves the knife at home.
