Kool-Aid 'Super Fruity' commercial [1993]
Tryin' to appeal to the youth with a kool hip hop jingle by ripping off "Hip Hop Hooray" by Naughty by Nature. Still goes pretty hard, though. Lots of other ads that tried using rap were way tackier than this one. Kool-Aid Man got a new lease on life when they started rendering him with CGI rather than dressing someone up in a costume too.

It seems that from 1983 to 1989, there was a comic called The Adventures of Kool-Aid Man.
The first three were from Marvel, with Covers by John Romita and interior art by Dan Decarlo, while the last six were all Decarlo.
