❣: Alright, I'll post another one. I... really don't feel anything from K/orrasami. Like, the fact that it's canon and that it's made so many people happy is absolutely wonderful and that makes me super glad, but looking at it as both a fan and a writer... my reaction is just a "meh." It could have and should have been executed better, and I'm sad that it wasn't (to my tastes, anyway) because it seems like a lovely ship and certainly LGBTQA representation in media is something that needs support... but I just can't bring myself to like the pairing.

(it used to be that Mako would fiddle with his scarf when he got nervous, which was a holdover from his time on the streets. Since he gave the scarf to his grandmother, he'll turn things like lockets, pocketwatches, and coins over in his hand to calm himself down. Finger movement is very important to Mako when it comes to calming himself.)

(Zapping the spirit vines is what Mako is proudest of. The last thing that crossed Mako's mind before he collapsed was "at least I did good." He would have been content with death after such an act.
Bolin in general Mako finds police procedural movers embarrassing and inaccurate. He keeps telling Varrick that he is willing to act as a consultant, but Varrick is more concerned with flashy visuals and gripping action than accuracy.
Mako has nightmares very often, usually about failing in some way and losing someone close to him (usually Korra or Bolin). The only times he has dreamless sleep is if he's been drinking.)
♪ - How do you decide on your muse’s dialogue?
(This is a really interesting question. Essentially, when I'm roleplaying it feels a bit like I'm doing improv - putting myself into the mind of the character and considering their personality, usual responses to circumstances, and building logically upon that. It's a lot like the process I use to decide body language and movement when acting.)
