Daily Drawing 376: The Mushroom Scout
Day 2 of CollabTober with my good friend Korsithkoris.
They drew the sketch, I did the lines. Watch us finish off each other's sketches all month long!

I think nowadays there's a more legitimate reason for that - on YT I've heard Nintendo likes to fire off copyright violations and take down demands like they're going out of style if the game sound isn't broken up by something that isn't theirs, hence all the LPers.
I understand that line of thinking, though tbh I find it counterproductive. Since a remix album made me remember the game in the first place. (I do have some of the original soundtrack, but over the years it sort of bleeds into the background!) I would love to see the result of a study regarding how many people were inspired to buy (or re-buy!) a game because they saw footage of it somewhere like Youtube!

Day 7: When you just gotta be comfy and glam at the same time.
Aelix is wearing a formal knit mermaid sweater. Didn’t know that was a thing till I started doodling this. There have got to be at least 6" heels under the skirt, Aelix is not at all tall.
Day 3: making it through so far. Three days of consecutive drawing is thrilling to me. Here is Korsih ( oc that is the namesake and brainchild of @korsithkoris ) wearing a pretty royal outfit from a recent clothing meme. This outfit makes me giggle so much because Korsith’s partner Aszael has a huge and ridiculous closet full of this kind of thing, and is completely at odds with Korsith’s traditional garb.
Ok! I have tried to do the daily drawing exercise/challenge for almost four years now. Today is the day! I am committed to this, I’m going to do it. I am really inspired by @allenvooreef and their success in sticking with a daily drawing and now I will follow in their footsteps.
